the pool
The pool is larger than you would normally find at 12 x 5 metres. The cleaning system is based on salt water, considered to be more natural, healthy and environmentally friendly. The pool is regularly maintained to ensure a safe ph value.
The garden is perfect for alfresco dining. The house and garden are south facing so the sun can be enjoyed throughout the day. Relax by the pool with a chilled glass of wine while taking in the breath-taking views of the plains of the Lucca. With very little light pollution in the area, the garden is ideal for star gazing.

The garden is tiered on various levels with different spectacular views. The garden includes an abundance of fruit trees with figs, oranges, plums, lemons, apples, sharon fruit and olives all ripening at different times of the year. The garden & pool area are private exclusively for your use during your stay.
the patio
The patio area is ideal for breakfast, lunch or evening alfresco dining. It also a great position for watching the sun go down with a glass of wine.
